          CMS89FT73x is a Cmsemicon touch chip, clocked at 16MHz, 8K Flash, 256Bytes RAM, 320Bytes Touch RAM, built-in touch module, no external touch capacitors, maximum support for 16 touch buttons, easy to pass CS dynamic 10V, built-in 32÷16 hardware divider, up to 24 channels of high-precision 12-bit ADC, built-in high-precision 1.2V voltage reference, support 2 UART and IIC, SPI communication interfaces, support two-channel capture, comparison, PWM module (CCP), support LED drive module, COM port The maximum current drive capacity can reach 150mA, built-in 1/2 Bias LCD drive, COM port drive current is optional, high EFT, ESD performance, package form SOP20, SOP28.
