      CMS89F552xB MCU builts in 17-channel touch button detection module, which has two 8-bit timers and high precision 12-bit ADCs, Maximum support for 18-way ADC detection，five band complementary output PWM modules and eight voltage LVD modules.

      CMS89F552xB MCU is Cmsemicon's independent 8-bit RISC core MCU, working voltage 1.8V~5.5V, providing 4Kx16ROM, 256x8 RAM, 32x16 Pro EE, Touch, ADC,  PWM, LVD and so on. Which provides SOP16/SOP20 packages.
