CMS89F12x built-in 2 8-bit timers, provide 12-bit high precision ADC,support 18 channels ADC, built-in USART, 5 PWM modules with complementary output; support 8-level's LVD detect. Widely used in home appliances, kitchen and bathroom Electrical appliances, household appliances, personal care and other fields.
The CMS89F12x series of microcontrollers are CMS independent 8-bit RISC core microcontrollers, internal reference source can be 1.8~5.5V. providing 4Kx16ROM, 256x8 RAM, 32x16 Pro EE,ADC、PWM、USART、LVD and so on. Provide SOP16 and SOP20 package.
