      CMS89F61xB series MCU is Cmsemicon's independent 8-bit RISC core MCU, working voltage 2.2V~5.5V, providing 2Kx14 Flash ROM, 144x8 RAM, ADC, LCD dedicated driver, PWM, comparator, etc. Provide SOP8/SOP14/SOP16/SOP20 package.
