The CMS79F13x series of microcontrollers include three TIMERs, built-in high-precision 12-bit ADC, support 18 channels ADC, built-in two USART, support LCD driver, have five PWM, support 8-level's LVD detect. widely used in home appliances, kitchen and bathroom Electrical appliances, household appliances, personal care and other fields.
The CMS79F13x series of microcontrollers are CMS independent 8-bit RISC core microcontrollers, internal reference source can be 2.0~5.5V. providing 8Kx16ROM, 344x8 RAM, 128x16 Pro EE,ADC、PWM、USART、LVD and so on. Provide SOP16 and SOP20 package.
