        SC8F677X is a Cmsemicon MTP chip, Flash 4Kx16Bit, RAM256B, built-in RC oscillator 8MHz/16MHz, working voltage 1.8V-5.5V, up to 8 GPIO, built-in WDT, LVD, high-precision 12-bit ADC, and 5 channels of PWM.
