    CMS89F63x5B series MCU is Cmsemicon's independent 8-bit RISC core MCU. Operating voltage 2.5V to 5.5V; provide 8Kx16 Flash, 344x8 RAM, 64x8 Data EE, built-in touch button module, LED, LCD driver, ADC, PWM, USART, MSSP communication module, and provide SOP28, LQFP44 and LQFP48 packages.
