BAT32WB35 is the first BLE 5.0 SoC product launched by Cmsemicon for the wireless connection product line. It is widely used in typical wireless product fields such as smart home, Internet of Things, portable medical, personal health care, and human-machine interface.
BAT32WB35 is a cost-effective BLE 5.0 SoC chip based on the M0+ core. The chip integrates a BLE 5.0 RF transceiver, supports 2Mbsp rate, maximum transmit power 5dBm, sensitivity -94dBm; main frequency 64MHz, 64KB Flash, built-in 8KB SRAM, 1KB Data Flash Integrate a variety of analog peripherals such as 12bit ADC, PWM, comparator, hardware RTC, and support multiple communication interfaces; It can work at 1.8V to 3.6V, -40℃ to 85℃, and provide QFN40 package.
