        CMS6164 is a three-phase medium voltage high-speed gate driver IC designed for bridge circuits composed of dual N-channel VDMOS power tubes or IGBTs. The chip has a built-in dead time of 310ns. The dead time of the output signal of the microcontroller is greater than the built-in dead time. The dead time is the dead time set by the microcontroller. Operating temperature: -20℃ to 85℃; TSSOP20 package is available.
