CMS1621E series MCU is a memory mapping and multi-function LCD driver, working voltage 2.4V-5.5V, GPIO up to 48, built-in two-frequency buzzer, time base generator and watchdog timer, providing Three-wire serial interface, with on-chip LCD drive frequency source, multiple duty cycles and bias voltage options, and a power saving command to reduce system power consumption. Industrial standard design, can work at -25℃ to 85℃, and provide SOP24, SOP28 package.
