      CMS8324C is widely used in typical motor control fields such as fascia gun, square wave vacuum cleaner, electric shaver, and sweeping robot.

      The CMS8324C power tube drive circuit contains 3 NMOS and 3 PMOS power tube drive circuits. The circuit integrates a 78L05 three-terminal regulator, which can provide a stable 5V output power. This integrated circuit can realize fast turn-on and turn-off of NMOS and PMOS, and the delay, turn-on and turn-off time can reach within 500ns. Industrial standard design, can work at -40℃ to 105℃; SOP16 and DIP16 packages are available.
